In which locations is workONE available?
workONE is currently available at the Lindbergh commercial building in the Glattpark district. Further locations are set to follow in Zurich-Seebach and Wallisellen at the end of 2022 / start of 2023.
How does the option to flexibly expand or return the office space actually work?
workONE has a modular structure and gives the tenants the option to grow and simply expand the space or also reduce it as necessary. The options depend on availability and the location.
Are the spaces furnished?
No, the spaces are leased without furniture.
What is meant by a flexible contract term?
workONE leasing contracts can be terminated by the tenant at any time with a notice period of six months.
Are there any other costs besides the monthly flat rate?
The rent for the space and a service charge are included in the monthly flat rate. Utilities such as electricity and broadband.
How much is the security deposit?
Unlike conventional leasing arrangements, there is no security deposit to pay at workONE.
Do I have a named contact person during the contract term?
Yes! The name of the relevant contact person will be communicated once the leasing contract has been signed.
